Yes, creating your account with us is absolutely free.

Should I set up an account before I place an order?

We would suggest you create your account to benefit from our many features, or you can continue shopping as a guest user as well. Also, creating an account has benefits like subscribing to our mailing list to be notified on new collections and our blog and it also helps to manage your cart and personal details.

Is my personal information kept private?

Archana Kochhar places topmost priority on the information you give us. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site. Any transmission is at your own risk. Is there a rewards program?

Unfortunately, we do not have a rewards program yet. Subscribe to our email to know when and if we start a rewards program.

Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?

No, there’s no limit. More the merrier!

How can I track my order?

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out through our order tracking portal on the website.

Can I cancel my order?

We usually do not cancel orders which have already been placed.

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

If your order has been damaged or tampered with, you can contact customer care and we will replace it or repair it.

What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?

In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery.

They will help arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.

How do I know what size to order?

You can put in your measurement details and we will send you the right size or you can refer to our size chart.

Do you offer made to order outfits?

Shipping charges are free across India. However, International shipping charges do apply.

Can I change the shipping address of the order?

After an order is made, you change the address of the order by emailing us on ak@archanakochhar.com or by contacting us telephonically. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping address, but we promise to try.

When will my order be shipped?

Ready-to-made orders are usually shipped within a week while custom-made orders may take 14-35 days to be shipped.

Which countries do you ship to?

Our creations are shipped to over 100 countries across all continents worldwide, using the best possible shipping options. In case, you are concerned that most shipment carriers don’t deliver to your location, please contact us and we will find a way out.

What if I made a mistake in stating my contact and shipping information?

Please review all your contact and shipping information before you place an order. Archana Kochhar is not responsible if the information given to us is incorrect and leads to wrongful delivery.

Can I collect my online order from the Archana Kochhar boutique in Juhu?

Returns and Exchanges

How can I return/ exchange my outfit?

Orders can be exchanged or repaired only in the case of damaged goods, or wrong orders. Please contact us if this happens.

Can I redeem gift cards at the store?

Yes, you can redeem gift cards at the store and online.

What is the validity for the gift card?

The validity for the gift card is 1 year from day of purchase.

Payment and Security

What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

We do not store/retain any of your credit card information. If you suspect that your information has been compromised, please get in touch with your bank immediately.

How do I report any suspicious activity during payment?

Please abort the transaction and inform our Customer Care Team immediately. You may also want to contact your bank and reassure safety of your account.

My transaction failed, I received a payment gateway error message Please help.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused; this could be due to a technical glitch, please try again later. In case the problem persists, please contact our Customer Care Team and they will help you complete your order. If amount was deducted before the order was completed, please contact your bank for transaction reversal.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service?
